Steve Irwin
Stephen Robert Irwin (February 22, 1962 – September 4, 2006), nicknamed "The Crocodile Hunter", was an Australian wildlife expert and television personality. He achieved world-wide fame from the television program The Crocodile Hunter, an internationally-broadcast wildlife documentary series co-hosted with his wife Terri Irwin. Together with her, he also co-owned and operated Australia Zoo in Beerwah, Queensland, founded by his parents.

Discovery of Dozens of new species
The Epaulette Shark In this undated photo released by Conservation International, an epaulette shark (Hemiscyillum freycineti), one of over 50 likely new species discovered during the recent CI-led surveys in the waters off Indonesia's Papua province, rests on the sea bottom. Calling it an underwater world full of visual wonders, scientists announced the discovery of dozens of new marine species including the shark that walks on its fins in the
region known as the Bird's Head Seascape.
